The optical filter of claim 22, wherein one of the first and second reflective elements is fully apodized and the other of the first and second reflective elements is partially apodized. 27. The optical filter of claim 22, wherein the first reflection wavelength is offset a predetermined spacing from the second reflection wavelength. 28. The optical filter of claim 22, wherein at least one of the first and second reflective elements includes a Bragg grating.
